The Fiore del Moro wine

The Fiore del Moro wine interprets in a more spontaneous way the terroir and the grape varietals shared with his brother the Moro di Sangiovanni wine.

The Fiore del Moro is the wine for the wine lovers who prefer not to wait but can not give up excellence. A wine with a more delicate structure in which the aromatic richness with hints of fruit, flowers and spices is in equilibrium with its delicate tannins.

It gives its best paired with pasta dishes, steaks, hard cheeses of medium seasoning.

Weather conditions

In 2011 a rainy Winter was followed by a cold Spring that slowed down the flowering and the formation of the grapes.

The Summer has been very hot in July and August and this led to an harvest that took place with temperatures above the average for the period.
